On Nakamise-dori leading up to Zenkoji
Watched a guy making soba. First he rolled it out from a big lump that he kneaded first.
then he folds it up and slices it with his huge soba cleaver
then he puts it it boxes!
A little Soba-Matsuri (festival) that I was able to drop by about a half hour out of Nagano city. I think it was getting close to being done, so earlier there were a ton more people.
